永恒力位于青浦（上海）的新工廠于8月8日正式開業，取代先前與之距離不遠的生產工廠。新工廠按最新環保標準建設，叉車產能每年可達1萬多臺。今后，永恒力將在中國按歐洲標準開發和生產叉車，延續永恒力一貫以來的卓越品質。

“我們將在青浦，按歐洲質量標準生產現代化、高能效的永恒力叉車。新工廠成立后，我們可以生產更多新車型，以滿足市場需求。”永恒力集團董事會主席Hans-Georg Frey在8月8日舉行的新工廠開業典禮上說道。

新工廠于一年內竣工，將主要負責公司在亞太地區步行式電動搬運車、平衡重叉車以及前移式叉車的研發和生產。為此，永恒力在青浦工業區購買了6萬平方米土地。新工廠生產廠房占地3.6萬平方米，三層辦公樓地占地面積約4千平方米。先前的工廠成立于2006年，已達到產能極限，將由新工廠取代。

新工廠根據精密的能量概念設計，夏天主要利用水進行溫度調節，與同類設備相比，冷卻劑的使用減少了90%，同時也大大減少了溫室氣體的排放。冬季采用地熱供暖，未利用能量將通過系統返回地下。新工廠還配備了節能系統，將凈化過濾空氣輸送至各辦公室，降低了整棟樓的空氣濕度。“這只是我們新工廠眾多環保設計中的幾個環節。” 負責該項目實施的永恒力叉車制造（上海）有限公司總經理Reinhild Kühne說道。

憑借以上這些環保設計，永恒力新工廠于開業典禮上被授予Leed Silver證書。Leed Silver 是美國綠色建筑委員會（U.S. Green Building Council）制定的建筑生態評級系統，該系統設定了一系列建筑環保標準，包括節能和生態可持續運營。Kühne女士說：“我們很高興新工廠能榮獲此項證書，成為整個上海地區最節能的建筑之一，同時也讓我們充滿工作熱情的員工們能在‘健康’的建筑環境里工作。值得一提的是，我們的工廠建筑布局的設計還符合中國的風水設計原理。”

永恒力公司在物料搬運設備制造、倉儲及物流工程領域處于世界領先地位，現已成為生產型物流服務提供商，可為客戶提供全系列叉車、貨架系統， 服務范圍涵蓋整個內部物流。永恒力公司成立于1953年，總部位于德國漢堡。公司股票現可在任何一家德國證交所交易。

Based on all this the new Jungheinrich plant was certified at its opening with the Leed Silver certificate, an ecological rating system for buildings developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. This system defines a series of environmental building standards, including resource conservation and ecologically sustainable operation. According to Kühne: “We are delighted to have received this certification for one of the most energy-efficient buildings in the entire Shanghai region, allowing us to put a ‘healthy’ building at the disposal of our highly motivated staff. This is enhanced by the building layout, which was based on the design principles of Feng Shui.”
